The brief

Newcastle Stays rents out whole homes to guests and manages properties for landlords. Their old site tried to serve both on one page, so guests couldn't book easily and landlords couldn't see what they'd be signing up for.

They wanted a site that takes bookings for guests, wins management contracts from property investors, and shows off the homes properly.

Booking: A search bar on the homepage for location, dates and guests, plus a quick picker to jump straight to any property.
Landlords: A dedicated landlords page with an earnings estimate, a free meeting booking and the full process from first meeting to fully booked. A separate Airbnb management page covers pricing, cleaning, guest vetting and monthly statements.
Business stays: A page for contractors, visiting professionals, relocations and insurance stays, showing the homes with space to work and park.
Properties & areas: Six property pages with full photo galleries, and area guides for Jesmond, Gosforth, Ashington and County Durham.
